  • Financial: Income statements, EA forms, and bank statements (for loan eligibility assessment).
  • Legal: Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Title Deeds, and Tenancy Agreements.
  • Digital: Cookies and analytics data from your interaction with eramalaysia.my.
3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed by First Choice Properties Sdn Bhd for:

  • Facilitating Sales & Tenancies: Connecting buyers/tenants with sellers/landlords.
  • Legal Compliance: Verifying ownership and ensuring compliance with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).
  • Financial Coordination: Assisting with housing loan applications and valuations.
  • Communication: Providing updates on property market trends and new project launches in Malaysia.
4. Third-Party Disclosure

In the course of a real estate transaction, we may share relevant data with:

  • Solicitors/Lawyers for the preparation of SPAs or Tenancy Agreements.
  • Financial Institutions for mortgage processing.
  • Valuers for property market appraisals.
  • Regulatory Bodies like LHDN (for stamp duty) and LPPEH/BOVAEP.
